The General Radio 1192-Z Counter was introduced in Catalog 1973 and remained available through Catalog 1978.
It is a combination of a Type 1192-B Counter with a 1157-B Scaler (see these pages for details), increasing the counter's upper frequency limit to 500 MHz.
