The | The {{Title|General Radio 1263-C Amplitude-Regulating Power Supply}} was introduced in 1968 Catalog T and remained available through Catalog78 1978. | ||
The Type 1263-C power supply is designed to work with unit VHF and UHF oscillators. It's purpose is to maintain oscillator output at a set level regardless of frequency. This is accomplished by adjusting plate current supplied by the 1263-C. The level is set by a front panel control and read on the panel meter. This leveling of oscillator output facilitates response measurements and assists sweep operation. Blanking jacks are provided to blank or cut of the oscillator output during return trace during swept operation. | The Type 1263-C power supply is designed to work with unit VHF and UHF oscillators.
