The General Radio 1203-B Unit Power Supply was introduced in Catalog O (1956) and remained available through Catalog S (1965).

The Type 1203-B is a general purpose unit type power supply. It's an updated version of the 1203-A with improved high-voltage filtering and case redesign moving the fuse holders to the front panel. The high-voltage is unregulated at the rated 300 volts as is the filament supply. It's compatible with most unit instruments with it's five pin power connector located on the right side panel. Both power supplies are isolated from ground.

Specifications

  • Outputs
  • High Voltage: 300 Vdc at 50 mA
  • Filament Voltage: 6.3 V ac at 3 A (unregulated)
  • Ripple: Lcss than 80 mv (120 cps) at full load
