General Radio 774 series connectors were coaxial connectors used on many GR instruments from their introduction in 1941 until they were was supplanted by the Type 874 in 1948.
The 774 was a constant-impedance connector was used for generator and detector connections of two of the first instruments using it - the Type 821-A Twin-T Impedance Measuring Circuit, and the Type 916-A Radio-Frequency Bridge.
