The General Radio 1862-B Megohm Meter was introduced in 1954 Catalog N and remained available through Catalog Q 1961.


Specifications

  • Range: 0.5 MΩ to 2,000,000 MΩ at 500 V and to 200,000 MΩ at 50 V.
  • Accuracy: At 5OO V, the basic accuracy is ±3% for all but the highest multiplier setting is ±3% (See Manual).
  • Voltage at Unknown: 50 V or 500 V selected by front panel switch.
