The General Radio 650-P1 Oscillator-Amplifier was introduced in Catalog L (1948) and remained available through Catalog O (1956).
The Type 650-P1 is an accessory oscillator and amplifier for the Type 650-A Impedance Bridge. Its designed to fit into the empty battery compartment of the bridge. It provides a DC potential and 1 kHz generator for bridge measurements. A built-in amplifier is available for AC detector use.
