The Type 1219-A is a unit type pulse amplifier designed to increase the power level but preserve pulse characteristics. Its a companion device for use with Types [[1217-A]] and [[1391-B]] pulse generators. A front panel switch matches the output of the amplifier to the load, switch positions for common transmission line impedances are available. This switch is pulse polarity sensitive. Although a unit instrument it contains it's own power supply.
