The General Radio 874-TO8 Crimping Tool was introduced in Catalog Q (1961) and remained available through Catalog 1978.

The Type 874-TO8 Crimping Tool is a two-die crimping tool. Its used to crimp the ferrule securing the coaxial cable while assembling a GR 874-C connector.

The Type 874-TO8 was manufactured by Thomas and Betts Company, Elizabeth NJ.
