The Type 874-TO8 Crimping Tool is a two-die crimping tool. Its used to crimp the ferrule securing the coaxial cable while assembling a GR 874-C connector. he Type 874-TO8 was manufactured by Thomas and Betts Company, Elizabeth NJ.

The two dies are as follows.

  • 874-C8 Type RG8/U coaxial cable 0.389" die size
  • 874-C9 Type RG69/U and RG116/U coaxial cable 0.411" die size
