The General Radio 1685-P1 Test Fixture was available in Catalog 1978 only.

The Type 1685-P1 is an accessory test fixture used for Go/No Go testing with the Type 1685, designed for use with axial components to quickly sort or reject out-of-specification devices.

The connection to the unknown uses leaf-type Kelvin clips terminating in a special connector using four coaxial cables. A separate cable is used for the status lamps. The 1685-P1 also has a micro switch activated by downward pressure on the top front of the fixture. This switch starts the measurement.

Specifications

  • Connection to Unknown: Adjustable Kelvin clips
  • Indicators: Green Go / red No Go lamps
