The General Radio 1218-B Unit Oscillator introduced in 1965 Catalog S and remained available through Catalog 1978. The 1218-B is an updated version of 1218-A with improved frequency stability, the updated Delta Frequency control for precise frequency control. Being part of the Unit Oscillator family it requires a separate power supply or a modulating power supply.
