The Type 874-TO58 Crimping Tool is a three-die crimping tool. It is used to crimp the ferrule securing the coaxial cable during assembly of a GR 874-C connector. The Type 874-TO58 was manufactured by Thomas and Betts Company, Elizabeth NJ.
The three dies are as follows.
- 874-C58 Type RG58/U coaxial cable 0.215" die size
- 874-C62 Type RG62/U coaxial cable 0.250" die size
- 874-C Type 874-A2 double shielded coaxial cable die size 0.375"
