The General Radio 1302-A Oscillator was introduced in 1948 Catalog L and remained available through Catalog Q 1961. The Type 1302-A is an R-C oscillator using a modified Wein Bridge to determine the frequency at low distortion. It uses include audio testing or as a source for bridge measurements. An example is its use as a generator in the 1610-A Capacitance Measuring System.

Specifications

  • Frequency Range: 10 to 100,000 Hz in four ranges.
  • Frequency Calibration: ±(l½ + 0.2 Hz).
  • Output Impedance: Balanced 600 ohms and grounded 5000 ohms (See manual).
  • Output Voltage: At least 20 V open circuit on 5000 Ω output, and 10 V open circuit on 600 Ω output.
