The General Radio 1302-A Oscillator was introduced in 1948 Catalog L and remained available through Catalog Q 1961.
The Type 1302-A is an R-C oscillator using a modified Wein Bridge to determine the frequency at low distortion. It uses include audio testing or as a source for bridge measurements. An example is its use as a generator in the 1610-A Capacitance Measuring System.
Specifications
- Frequency Range: 10 Hz to 100 kHz in four ranges
- Frequency Calibration: ±(1.5% + 0.2 Hz)
- Output Impedance: Balanced 600 Ω, grounded 5 kΩ (see manual)
- Output Voltage: At least 20 V open circuit on 5 kΩ output, and 10 V open circuit on 600 Ω output
