The General Radio 1654 Impedance Comparator was introduced in 1970 Catalog U and remained available through Catalog 1978.
The Type 1654 is third in a line of impedance comparators starting with 1604-B 1952 and the 1605-A 1956. Like the earlier 1605-A the 1654 was designed for applications of sorting, selecting, and adjusting of components in production and inspection at high speed. Unlike its predecessor its all solid state replaceing some twenty vacuum tubes.
Specifications
- Impedance Range: See Manual.
