The General Radio 874-C8A Cable Connector was introduced in Catalog R (1963) and remained available through Catalog 1978.
The Type 874-C8A connector package is compatable with over twenty different coaxial cable types listed below. Its an udated version of the 874-C8 cable connector. Improvements include a new Teflon insulator (Bead), added Teflon heat insulating washer, and redesigned inner transition piece.
