The General Radio 1201-B Unit Regulated Power Supply was introduced in Catalog P (1959) and remained available through Catalog R (1963). Separate versions were available for 105-125 V and 210-250 V line voltages.
The 300 V output is regulated within 1%, the filament supply is unregulated. Both power supplies are isolated from ground.
With its five-pin power connector located on the right side-panel, Type 1201-B is compatible with most Unit instruments.
Specifications
- Outputs
- High Voltage: 300 VDC (±1%) at 70 mA
- Filament Votage: 6.3 VAC at 4 A (unregulated)
- Regulation: DC output voltage is constant within ±¼% for all values of load current and line voltage
