Accuracy: 3% of full scale.
Resolution: Meter, 0.003% and 0.00003 radian. Analog-voltage output, 0.001% and 0.00001 radian.
Voltage Across Standard and Unknown: 0.3, 1, or 3 V selected by front-panel control.
