The General Radio 1660-A Inductance Measureing Assembly was introduced in 1965 Catalog S and remained available through Catalog 1974.

The Type 1660-A is a combination of bridge 1632-A, generator 1311-A, and detector 1232-A sold and an assembly. Later models were available with a fitted metal cabinet. A combination generator - detector 1240-A was also available.
