The '''General Radio 1153-A Digital Frequency Meter''', a general-purpose frequency meter and event counter,  was available in {{Catalog S}} only.

The display consists of five "Numerik" incandescent readouts (see [[IND-0300]] and [[IND-1801]] for details).
It is interesting to note that if a lamp fails, the counter will stop at that digit because the lamp is part of the counting circuit.
